Bardolino Superiore DOCG


Grape variety: Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara.

Colour: Ruby red intensely and bright.

Bouquet: Intense memories of cherry crisp and of a little wild berries (blackberries and currants), accompanied by spicy notes of pepper.

Taste: Body dry, velvety, rich in fruits memories, elegantly spicy with slight hints of almond.

Gastronomical combinations: It is ideal with the typical cooking of Verona (mixed boiled meat and pepper sauce, tortellini of Valeggio), is excellent combined with meat ravioli, roasts and braises.

Recommended with some mature cheeses (Monte Veronese, Asiago, Parmigiano Reggiano, Grana Padano).
